This is just round
the corner from the La Residencies complex. There is
also a petrol station here in an unusual wave design
with an excellent Spanish / Italian Restaurant called
La Taberna on the roof ! There is a nice taps bar
here called Las Tapes. There is a good pizza
restaurant here ( Pizzeria Faucal); a supermarket;
several nice cafes; a few bars with indoor and outdoor
seating; surf shops; car hire; hairdressers; souvenir;
fashion and clothes shops; internet cafe; banks and
cash dispensers; jewellery and perfume shops;
excursions shops (boat, quad bikes, water sports,
diving etc). Also, look to the right of the centre
through the trees and you will find the Beeseko
Internet Cafe which does low cost internet and calls
in case you need to keep in close touch with your
office or home.
Bahia Calma Centre
(close to the Hotel
Costa Calma Palace) (This is the beige hotel that you
see from the balcony of the house, located just in
from of the beach). You will come across this if you
walk straight down to town from the house as if you
were heading for the beach. There is a range of good
bars and restaurants here including the trendy Synergy
Bar; Mama Mia Pizza Grill; Arena Restaurant; Mari's
Bar; The Beetles Disco Live Bar; CICAR car hire; Remax
estate agents; a very large perfume and cosmetic shop;
clothes shops. There is a large Spar supermarket here.

Centre Sotavente
This centre is
positioned at about ten o'clock on the clockf face as
you walk towards the beach from the house. This is a
busy centre on the road to the beach start and there
are banks, a Doctors surgery, jewellery and a great
sea food restaurant called San Borodo.
Shopping Centre Bonanico (close to The Golden Beach
Hotel)
This centre is
positioned at about two o'clock on the clock face as
you leave the house and head for the beach. There is a
large Netto supermarket here with some bars and cafes.
There are kids arcade games and a Chinese restaurant.
There is car hire.
