Cleaning prices (€ euros) - additional fees paid
locally on island to the agent by you the renter.
Properties in Costa
Calma operate on an unusual basis. The renter pays the
cleaner locally when they arrive for the cleaning and
laundry.
It is 70 euros for
the major clean to get the property ready (clean and
fresh bedding and towels).
It is a further 30
euros if you wish an interim clean and fresh bedding
(end of week 1) if you're staying for two weeks.
That is, 70 euros
for one week and 40 euros for two weeks, makes 100
euros if staying for two weeks.
The second 30 euros
is mainly for laundry and is optional - you can do
this yourself with the materials and washing machine
provided if you so wish and save 30 euros, that is,
your agent fees would remain at 70 euros.
You will have the
agent's telephone number so you could decide on
whether you need this clean / laundry or not, once you
get to the island, after meeting her.
Over
occupancy charges (£ pounds sterling) to fund
additional laundry for parties of 5 or 6
Add, 10% for
parties of 5 or 6 that include 3 adults or more.
There is no
surcharge for 2 parents and three children.
Occupancy is
verified by the on island agent.
Payment
terms
For a one week break,
£30 at time of booking.
For a two week break,
£60 at time of booking.
In both cases, the
balance about four weeks before departure.
Airport
Transfers
Collection from the
airport can be arranged for you at an additional charge.
It is 90 euros round trip. The same pick-up service is
available on the return home to the airport. They will
collect you at the house at the agreed check-out time
