We try to accommodate you as best as we can.

Officially, we need to agree on 11.30am for Check-out.

If I can accommodate a later stay, then I will.

Often times, flights leave late and depending on whether or not there is a follow on let, clients get to stay on etc. I will try to do this as much as possible, and often do manage this, however, in official terms it is 11.30am

The house will always be available from 1.00 mid day.

If you need the house before this time, this can usually be accommodated. Again, it depends on whether the house lets immediately before you and the flight times.
