A corner plot bungalow that will sleep 6 (2 bedrooms and 2 double bed sofas in the lounge and high quality folding camp bed). There is a magnificent 60m2 roof solarium with shower. The rooftop also enjoys views of Lanzarote and the mountains. There is a private terracotta tiled rear terrace and garden with large retractable awning canopy for shade if desired and large traditional canarian brick BBQ. There is a communal adult and infant pool. There is SAT TV / DVD / PS2.

This is a well located house close to the BAKU (waterpark etc) area of the Parque Natural region of Corralejo Town and is therefore convenient for bars, restaurants and shops.

Private parking – the bungalow has its own private parking at the front of the house. 

Living room – The living room contains two double bed settees, and a breakfast bar. There is a 21 inch TV/ DVD. The property also benefits from an extensive English Satellite TV with 24 hour film channel and children’s cartoons. The room has fresh décor and furniture and there is a large cool fan. Double patio doors lead out to the large secluded patio and garden (about 25 metres square). There is an open plan kitchen / diner. 

Kitchen – plenty of storage units and all utensils, potts and pans, crockery etc. There is a large oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, and tall fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, clothes horse, iron board and iron, toaster and kettle, sandwich toastie. There is a breakfast bar and four stools. 

Master bedroom – This room features a double bed, large built-in wardrobes with sliding doors, and a chest of drawers. There is large fan and hairdryer. There is key code security safe inside the wardrobe. 

Bedrooms 2 – Includes two single beds and built-in wardrobes and shelving with sliding doors.  There is a camp bed. If you have three kids, they can sleep in the same room. There is a 14 inch TV with Playstation 2 games console.

Bathroom – contains a full length bath and over-bath shower. There is a UPVC rigid shower screen, toilet, and bidet.

Baby and infant provisions – Microwave steriliser; high chair; sun shade tent; cot, bath seat. These are provided for your use at no extra charge.

Equipment – Satellite TV, 21 inch TV; 14 inch TV, Playstation 2 games console, DVD, CD, 4 sunbeds, hardwood external chair and 4 chairs; further outdoor table with 4 soft chairs; 2 parasols, fridge freezer, microwave, hob and oven, kettle and toaster, sandwich toastie machine,

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service/ welcome pack / 24-7 help/ airport transfers – Rates include a full clean, linen and towels on arrival. Airport transfers can be arranged for return. If staying for two weeks, a further clean and fresh bedding and towels are included. An English speaking agent is on hand 24-7 for you.
