A new three bedroom town house with further sleeping accommodation in the living room. The living room has it own dinning area with table and chair. This centrally located house will easily sleep 6 in the property’s three bedrooms.

One of the two bedroom has its own TV/DVD/Playstation games console to give some rest bite from the kids. Further sleeping accommodation is available on one of the two double bed settees in the living room. There are three large sun terraces with stunning views from the terrace, off the master bedroom, across Calete de Fuste bay and out to the ocean.

There are two bathrooms – one with a walk in shower in a cubicle, and the other with a bath and shower screen.

All terraces are private for sun bathing. There six reclining back sun loungers and a hardwood outside eating table with 6 chairs and a parasol.

The room boasts a 32 inch Toshiba Flatscreen TV/ DVD/ CD with a selection of films and CDs. UK TV available (BBC 1, ITV 1, C4 etc). The property also benefits from an extensive English Satellite TV system with a 24 hour film channel and Children’s cartoons. There is also a Playstation and games (PS2). The room has nice décor and furniture and there is a large cool fan. Double patio doors lead out to the large secluded south facing terrace (about 50 metres square).

Terrace 1 – Accessed from double patio doors off the living room. The terrace is south facing and totally secluded. There is an outside cool shower. There are four back reclining sun loungers. There is a hard wood oval table and six comfortable chairs. There is a shaded area under a canopy. There is a Canarian BBQ for alfresco dinning.

Kitchen – This separate room has plenty of storage units and all utensils, potts and pans, crockery etc. There is a large oven and ceramic hob with extractor fan, a microwave oven, and tall fridge and freezer. There is a washing machine, clothes horse, iron board and iron, toaster and kettle, sandwich toastie maker.

Downstairs Toilet – The downstairs toilet has a walk in shower, large feature dresser unit, and plenty of storage space for towels etc.
