Add, 10% for parties of 5

There is no surcharge for
2 parents and three children.
Occupancy is verified by the on island agent.
Rates include a
full clean, fresh towels and bed linen on arrival,
and if staying for two weeks, a further clean at
the end of week 1 and a change of towels and bed
linen. There are plenty of towels and sheets and a
washing machine in case of mishaps.
Payment terms
- For a one
week break, £30 at time of booking. For a two week
break, £60 at time of booking. In both cases, the
balance about four weeks before departure.
For large parties, or single sex parties, a
breakages deposit might be required.
Transfers From / To Airport

A welcome pack is included
on arrival at the house – tea, coffee, bread and
milk, water, wine or beer. Collection from the
airport can be arranged for you by our agent at an
additional nominal charge (35
euros both ways for 4 people and luggage or 45
euros for 6 people and luggage). We would
recommend using this. They will be waiting for you
outside the baggage hall. From clearing the
baggage hall, they will have you in the house in
less than 15 minutes. The same pick-up service is
available on the return home to the airport. They
will collect you at the house at a time of your
choosing.
