10 close-by swimming pools at Calete Townhouse

There are 10 (TEN) nice pools in the very immediate vicinity of the complex. In all cases, less than a 5 minute walk. Further, the complex next door (Marina Golf) houses a further pool and this is due to open during the summer of 2006.

 Directions.

* Turn right out of the Alta Vista development.

* Walk 100 metres to the Travellers Pub

* Cross the road.

* Take the path leading towards the Montecastillo Centre (restaurants and bars)

* Walk 40 metres along this path past the kids playground on the left hand side.

* You will now be at a 4-way junction (‘Junction One’)

(there are tennis courts at the 11 0’clock position)

NOTE: You catch the ‘noddy train’ here on the left hand side twice per hour, circa quarter past and quarter to the hour. The train takes you through the town and down to the Oceanarium / Beach.

At the 4-way junction (‘Junction One’): Turn right and walk 100m.

   On the right hand side of the road you have the Castillo Beach Sol Pool. (Click here for photos >>)

Go back to Junction One.

At the 4-way ‘Junction One’: Turn left and walk 50 metres.

   On the left hand side you have Castillo Beach Moon (Click here for photos >>) 

   On the right hand side you have Castillo Beach Lake Village (Click here for photos >>) 

Go back to Junction One.

* Go straight through the junction, past the tennis courts on left hand side and the kids   mini football ground on the right hand side, for 50 metres.

* You will now be at the next 4-way junction with the four white benches and the phone boxes (‘Junction Two’).

* Turn Left: and walk 50 metres.

Go back to Junction Two.

At the 4-way ‘Junction Two’: Turn right and walk 40 metres.

   On the right hand side you have Castillo Beach Park (Click here for photos >>)

Go back to Junction Two.

* Go straight through for 40 metres to the third 4-way junction (‘Junction Three’).

* Turn left and walk for 50 metres

       On the right hand side of the road you will find Montecastillo II (Click here for photos >>) 

Go back to Junction Three.

Go straight through the 4-way junction and walk for 40 metres and you will find yourself at the Montecastill Centre of Bars and Restaurants.

Turn left and go along 100 metres past the orange mini market and you will find yourself at the Montecastillo Beach Elite (Click here for photos >>)
